Adding a Soundtrack

Finally, after much contemplation, I selected 'Honey, Honey' by ABBA as the soundtrack for my opening sequence. I felt like this brought my opening sequence to life and gave it a very lively and bright feel. I also felt like it reflected the personality of my main character Alyssa as well.

I didn't want to immediately start with the music playing. I wanted it to come after the alarm clock rang and Alyssa switched it off, so it would be as though the music starts when Alyssa started her day.

I wanted the music to stop when Alyssa was contacted by her friend as it was an important moment in the sequence, and I wanted 100% focus on what was happening at that moment. Once the conversation ended, I wanted the music to gradually fade in before it cut to the title, as a way of reflecting Alyssa's emotions becoming excited and happy, and end the sequence on a high note.
